DiGi, Maxis, Celcom, U-Mobile, XOX? Which is the most cheapest?

I am sure that you all will wondering and keep asking among each other that among those telco like DiGi, Maxis, Celcom, U-Mobile and XOX which will give you the most cheapest call rate?
For me, each of the telco have their own strength and weakness. Perhaps, I can say that if most of your friends are using the same telco like DiGi. It is advisable that you should use DiGi because calling and sms between the same telco will be more cheaper compare with others. You can say Maxis is the cheapest call rate service provider but for me, I will not accept that. All of this is depends on your own. If all of us are agree DiGi or Maxis is the cheapest call rate service provider, perhaps other telco might close down their business.

DiGi D'Campus

Here, I am going to discuss about this issue to you all that DiGi is doing too aggressive of D'Campus's promotion around MMU. In my point of view, although it can boost up their sales and create awareness to the student but it might lead to over exposure of their advertising activity. As consequences, student might feel bored to see its activity and in the same time that they might avoid from their promoters as well.

Another issue is the market are not always be there because student are likely to purchase for this package will become lesser and lesser. Besides, this might also waste the time of the promoters and the effort from the DiGi's stuffs for doing routine aggressive D'Campus's promotion and advertising.

Do you agree with me? Or do you all have any others opinion?
Welcome you all to left down your comment ^^

Mobile Number Selection

Do you know that DiGi now come out one new features for the customers? That is mobile number selection (MNS). The specialty for this features is the customers can pick for their favorite number. Normally those favorite number is just behind the 4 digit numbers.

Is very easy and simple, you just need to buy a new sim card and then register for it. Base the comment from the customers that they can't select the numbers like 1111, 2222, 6999, 5999 and others numbers which is always repeating. This is because others customers had choose for it so others customers don't have any chance to select for their favorite numbers.

So, be fast and register for it before your favorite numbers has already been choose by others ^^

Why DiGi Event Focus On Migrant People?

As I joint their company as the trainee last time, I usually attended for their event which held at the migrant people's living areas. The purpose for us to do so is to attract more users to use DiGi. Why they are so support with DiGi because the call rate from DiGi to others foreign country is the most cheapest one. Those migrant people include Bangladesh, Indonesian and others. Besides, they are always welcoming DiGi during the event time at their living areas.

But nowadays the government are quite concern and control with the migrant labor very strictly. For the illegal migrant people, they will be catch and send back to their countries. Part of the DiGi revenue is from those migrant people as well. Will it become a major problem for DiGi? Perhaps? What do you think?

DiGi Aggressive In Advertising

DiGi is doing well on their advertising activities. They are so aggressive in advertise their brand and product to the public. The purpose for them to do so is to create high customers awareness. Although DiGi has been establish in Malaysia for quite long time already but they still keep updating themselves in order to compete with others competitors. They always change their advertisement frequently and effectively if new plan coming out. For example, they will paint the whole vehicle's body in full DiGi attire. Besides, banner and bunting are use by them as an advertising tool during their event section.

I think a lot of people sure asking the same question about the DiGi's network coverage. Based on the survey from majority people. DiGi's network coverage is not that good while we are in the outstation (outside the town, more near to the village area or forest area). Sometime even no coverage at all. This is why, some of people rather using others telco but not DiGi. This is one of the disadvantage of DiGi. Besides, 3G also another hot topic that discussed among the people. 3G is the technology that quite famous in the foreign country like Japan but in Malaysia, it still not famous enough. Now, it just capable in certain areas only. Except DiGi, others telco had provided this 3G technology to their customers. Well, for me, I think expect those problem, DiGi still the telco that give us the most cheapest call rate. Just this moment, they still havent solve for the problem but I believe that they will improve it in the future ^^

What you think?Hope to get from you all respond?

More About D'Campus

Since we are MMU student, you all sure notice that DiGi is promoting their D'Campus very rapidly around MMU. There are promoting in certain hot spot around MMU because those places are the hot spot where many students gather around. For example, EP, Ixora food court and some where nearby Ixora Apartment. What is so interesting and so special about D'Campus? After RM1 voice usage daily, you can call for free. Besides, you can also sms to your best friend with lowest cost for just RM0.01 per sms. Just to remind that, you all can only enjoy this benefits inzone only (MMU area). If outzone (outside MMU), voice call will charges for RM0.36 to all networks. For me, this is a good new for MMU students because it can help the students who like to talk more inzone with friend to save more.
